Ford Park Licenced Wedding Venue
Ford Park is a beautiful nine acre park and gardens, set in a tranquil location. Its recently restored Coach House and Victorian Kitchen Garden provide the perfect setting for a variety of celebrations. This intimate and unusual venue offers a choice of settings for Weddings, Naming’s’, Renewal of Vows and Civil Ceremonies. The recently restored Coach House together with the Gothic Victorian Fernery, set in the kitchen garden and The Hoad Monument are now all licensed for wedding ceremonies.
The Coach House is a delightful venue which can accommodate 80 guests. The room layout is flexible and can be used for a ceremony, followed by celebratory drinks, dining and dancing or a combination to suit your event. The Coach House has the added benefit of a magnificent roof terrace overlooking the orchard with far reaching views to Hoad Monument and the sea.
The Fernery sits within the Kitchen Garden adjacent to the Coach House. Hand carved oak seating, abundant flower beds, herbs and fruit trees come together to create a magical, intimate space.
The Hoad Monument sits high above Ford Park on Hoad Hill. The ground floor chamber is an atmospheric, but cosy venue especially when lit by candlelight. With its dramatic location and breath taking views, Hoad monument is accessible on foot or by 4 wheel drive vehicle only.
With an emphasis on local seasonal food, making the most of organically grown produce from the walled Kitchen Garden, our talented chefs create superb seasonal menus to suit all dietary requirements.
