Ford Park and ArtWorks -Art4All are thrilled to bring you Art in the Park…
Rescheduled from July when the weather was typically Cumbrian, we’re looking forward to a fabulous day on Sunday 27th August.
More than 18 talented local artists will be exhibiting and selling their work in the Williams Room, on the terrace and courtyard and along the walkway towards Hoad.
There are lots of fun things to do too; the very energetic Kirsty Leeder is helping us celebrate the art of dance, bringing Clubbercise to the park at 11am – everyone can join in the fun! (Sensible footwear needed eg. trainers).
Visit the Stitch-Ability gazebo and come and design your own mug and watch it being made.
Artworks-Art4All have lots of fun art activities the children can do including a colouring competition with a difference!
We have The Little Blue Pig coming along to tempt you to something tasty, and there will be ice creams available too.
The Walled Garden will be open for visitors to enjoy, and you can explore the new Ford Park shop – the Bee Hive.
The event is FREE, so come along, meet the artists, join in and unleash your creativity and see a range of amazing original artworks from local artists!
