Fibrus is delighted to be sponsoring this week’s Spring Fair at Ford Park to celebrate the arrival of its lightning-fast, Full Fibre broadband in Ulverston. 

The Fibrus team will also be attending the fair with a range of family-friendly activities on their stand including Beat the Buzzwire and a Spin-to-Win game.

Full Fibre comes to Ulverston with Fibrus Broadband 

The Ford Park Spring Fair is sponsored by Fibrus Broadband. The Fibrus team who will also have a stand at the event and are looking forward to telling attendees about their lightning-fast Full Fibre broadband which is available to over 1600 homes in Ulverston. 

This development brings cutting-edge connectivity to both homes and businesses, with speeds of up to 1Gb, ensuring that the town is well-equipped for the digital future. 

Ulverston joins other recently connected towns across Cumbria, including Workington, Parton and Ambleside, with homes and businesses now able to benefit from the improved infrastructure across the county.

As well as investing in improving the local broadband infrastructure, Fibrus is committed to investing in the local communities which it serves. The Fibrus Community Fund has seen the company invest £60,000 over the last 12 months to tackle digital poverty across Cumbria, including projects such as Kendal Air Cadets. This investment sits alongside Fibrus’ Play it Forward fund, which supports grass root clubs and has provided grants to nearly 20 sports clubs across the region, including Grange United FC and It also sponsors Workington Town RLFC.
